Products

A product is the top-level entity in the Portal service. Plans, applications, and subscriptions are all associated with a product. Products are created by the product owner, and can be shared with other users.

Create a Product

To create a product, visit https://admin.emddigital.com/products and click the "Create Product" button. You will be prompted to enter a name for the product. Once you have entered this information, click the "Create" button to create the product. You will be redirected to the product's page, where you can add plans and applications.

Delete a Product

Since applications and plans (and therefore subscriptions) are tied to a product, it can only be deleted if there all dependencies have been deleted as well. To delete a product, make sure that there are no applications and plans left in the product details. Then, navigate to the product overview page and change the status of the product to "Inactive". This will prevent any new applications or plans to be created. Once the plan is inactive, it can be deleted from the same form.
