DMARC compliance

Verify DMARC compliance

Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) is an email authentication protocol that uses Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) to detect email spoofing. In order to comply with DMARC, messages must be authenticated through either SPF or DKIM. Our email service is configured to support both SPF and DKIM. This provides emails sent through our service a high reputation score and emails are less likely to end up in the user's spam folder.

Reputation management

Maintaining a good sender reputation is vital to the health of our email service. We collect and monitor metrics providing visibility into key factors affecting your reputation. Specifically, we evaluate the complaint and bounce rate for emails sent through our service and can take action to ensure our reputation remains healthy.

Data privacy compliance

Emails sent through this service do not include any tracking pixels or other tracking methods (such as rewriting links to track click events). This ensures compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.

Availability

The email service is deployed in multiple regions for an extra layer of availability (US East Coast and Ireland) and is backed by the Amazon Simple Email Service (SES).
